For this year’s convention, we are collecting the names of your students so we can give each student a name badge along with the traditional wristband.
Two important deadlines:
March 22: Registration closes. This means you are locked in on the number of students/advisers/guests that you can bring. This is also the deadline for On The Spot contests. Invoices for registration and OTS will be generated based on your registration total on that date. This is the only invoice you will receive; you cannot change the number of attendees after this date.
April 5: This is the last day that you can change names (but not body count) and shirt sizes. We will have blank name badges and extra T-shirts (while supplies last) at the convention to handle any name changes after April 5.
Remember: Convention attendees must stay at the Wyndham. There are plenty of rooms at the Wyndham for us, but it important that you use the hotel reservation form that we provide. Do not try to register at the hotel online or by calling the hotel. The website will not recognize our rates and the people at the front desk don’t know the details of our agreement either.
